MasterBUILT has developed 7 Microtel properties in partnership with Indigenous hotel investors, including collaborations involving multiple bands. By offering a full-service turnkey solution, we make hotel investment easier and more financially rewarding.

Municipal Partnerships

Construction is underway on a new Microtel property in Summerside, PEI. Connected to Credit Union Place (a sports, recreation and entertainment complex) the City of Summerside’s goal is to become a top regional destination for tournament, event and concert travel.
